When you go home!

When the Doctor and nursing staff have confirmed you can go home, a visit to the front reception desk at the Dalley Street entrance is requested before leaving the hospital, to finalise any outstanding accounts.

If medication has been ordered, please collect medications and instructions from the Pharmacy located in the Lawrance Centre, Avondale Ave. entrance.

Check out time is by 10am on the day of departure.
