St Vincent’s Lismore is the designated Eye Hospital for the Northern Rivers Region. This specialised Ophthalmology service includes complete surgical and medical treatment for all intra and extra ocular conditions in both adults and children. A separate 2nd stage recovery area is located within the Day Surgery Unit. Nurses trained in ophthalmic care also provide guidance for patients to confidently continue eye care at home.
