OUR GOVERNANCE
St Vincent’s Hospital, and entities are owned by the Catholic Diocese of Lismore and governed by our Board of Directors and hospital Executive team. Founded and operated by the Sisters of Charity, the ownership and strategic guidance of St Vincent’s hospital was handed over to the Lismore Diocese (Trustees of the Catholic Church) in 1980.
Carrying forward the values of the Church, the Board and Executive continue governance of the hospital as a not-for-profit organisation in the interests of the Diocese, and the Northern Rivers community.
